1. Mid-year Title I Evaluation & Title I Needs Assessment Survey

Florence School District Three is seeking input from all stakeholders for the purpose of evaluating the 2020-2021 Title I School-wide Plan, as well as, identifying needs to begin the planning process of the 2021-2022 school year. This survey is designed to provide data necessary to evaluate Federally funded grants such as that of the Title I Improving Basic Programs Operated by Local Educational Agencies, Title II Supporting Effective Instruction, etc. and assessing the needs of the district.  The results will allow both consideration of the needs within the district, as well as, a chance for revisions to be made accordingly. The intent is to ensure all students are given the opportunity to meet the state's student performance standards.

This survey should take about 15 minutes to complete. Please note that *questions will require a response.
